Refund policy

At GhostyNight, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@ghostynight.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

For standard returns, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. The return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot always be canceled. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
